This is an official notice of my future inactivity. Unfortunately, as I am going to be without a real house for a year, I'm not going to be using the internet much, if at all. So in my absence, I have put Parula in charge of the forum. She will moderate whilst I'm gone. Please be nice. :)
Pokémon Elite Committee, or PEC, is a Pokémon roleplay for anyone, no matter how literate. We're friendly and helpfull, and above all, have fun. We don't care about things like where you're from or how long you've been roleplaying; all we want is for you to have fun. Just read the rules, create a character and start roleplaying! It's that easy! And with exciting giveaways to boot, how can you resist?!

It's been eleven years since the fall of the great Lord Voldemort. The year is 2009, and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry carries on with its everyday life, with little thought of the great battle that took place there over a decade ago. The wizarding world is seemingly at peace, other than the normal hubbub of everyday life.
However, some rumors have been circulating recently. It's suggested that there's a new force trying to gain power, who is gathering the old Death Eaters and hoping to take over where the late Lord Voldemort left off. The Order of the Phoenix, still very much in existence, is keeping its eye out for this new threat, hoping to prevent another catastrophe of a Dark Lord.
Everyone hopes that these rumors are just rumors, and there's nothing more to it. But still, the gossip is sending chills down the spine of some, for everyone is afraid the rumors might be true.

Honolulu, Hawaii.
A tourist's dream, with its sandy beaches and vast selection of fancy resorts to choose from, Honolulu is a top vacation spot. But what about the residents, the people that live there and know what it's like beyond the elaborate hotels?
Based around two high schools, this is where our plot begins. St. Helena's is for the rich and privileged, a tightly knit private school. Located nearby, Ekualo High is where the poorer residents of the town attend classes. Students of both schools are by default divided, based on personality and other obvious factors, into cliques where they are then judged on. From teen royalty to freaks and druggies, everyone is faced with a similar problem: getting through high school alive.
Welcome to the rich in a not so famous town. Rosenwood Pennsylvania is home to the state's most prestigous boarding school, Benjamin Franklin High School. This is where the rich and beautiful send their children to get an education. When the school day is over though, things can get a little crazy. After all when you have the last name and the money to get you out of trouble, wouldn't you want to be a little daring too?

New York City, also known as the city that never sleeps.
In the middle of New York City, not far from Central Park and the Upper East Side, lies a private prep school, famous for the amount of elite students attending every year. St. Claire has been an all girls school since 1859 when it's founder, Savannah Claire opened its doors to those who needed the best education. Close by, St. Jacobs is located, an all boy's school since 1859 as well. Up until 1959, the two schools had nothing to do with each other, education wise at least. But now, they have combined grounds to create one amazing school filled with talented students of all ages. The only sad news is that the girls and boys share no classes, but everything else. Can you say...drama?
From fashion designers to singers to models to actors, their children are shipped here from all around the world in order to have the most elite teachings of the normal. But if only the parents knew the truth...
Parties. Drinking. Drugs. Sex. And quiet possibly, Rock and Roll. Those are the motto's that all the teens here at St. Cecilias and St. Jacobs live by. Well, most of them. Others are here because of their getting a free ride and plan to spend all their time studying...well, if they could resist the partying, of course.
And like every school there are cliques. The populars, the jocks, the punks, the rockers, the nerds... As every typical high school stereotypes exist, with the elite students capable of everything as long as they keep their high status and popularity, and have the "less fortunate" as they call them admire them and wanting to be them
In a school full of rich teenagers everything is possible. Populars, Heartbreakers, Jocks, Wannabes, Backstubbers... They are all entering adulthood and their hormones are driving them crazy... Alcohol and sex sometimes has the lead role to their lives. They all live in their luxurious mansions or apartments not caring for anyone but themselves. they are in the process of discovering themselves... And during that process popularity is everything and they are willing to do everything to have things their way!
But like all high schools gossip is the thing that keeps all students interest. But what they don't know is that I'm watching every move they make, every little step they make. Perhaps that's why the ones that rule the school are scared of stepping out of line sometimes, because I could tell everyone their little secrets. So, be careful with what you say and do. Because I'm always watching. No one's secrets are safe anymore... Who am I? And why am they doing this?
